Every food product must carry its confirmed ingredients, allergen guidance, storage and serving information. Health, nutrition and “human-grade” claims are published only when evidence supports that particular product.

How far ahead should a cake be ordered?
At least two days before the requested Melbourne delivery date. Complex designs may need more notice.
Can cakes be posted Australia-wide?
No. Cakes are delivered only to eligible Melbourne postcodes. Pickup is not currently available.
How is parcel delivery calculated?
Non-cake products can ship to Australian postcodes serviced by Australia Post. ReachShip uses the destination plus packed physical or cubic weight to return available MyPost services and prices at checkout.
Which products receive free shipping?
Eligible treats receive free standard shipping when their post-discount treat subtotal reaches AUD $80. Biscuits, pet food, cakes, gift boxes and other products keep their calculated delivery charge.
